How to navigate the website

  • Tab moves to the next link, button or field, and Shift + Tab to the previous one. The active element has a clear pink outline.
  • Enter opens a link or activates a button, and Space activates a button.
  • Enter or Space on a question in the FAQ opens and closes the answer.
  • Esc closes the “Got a question?” window.
  • Ctrl + + (on a Mac Cmd + +) zooms in, and Ctrl + 0 resets the size. The website works at up to 200% zoom.
  • The PL / EN switch in the header changes the language and takes you to the same page in the other version.
  • The moving strip of reviews stops when you hover over it or touch it. If reduced motion is turned on in your system, the strip does not move.

What we have done for accessibility

  • All product photos and screenshots of customer messages have alternative text for screen readers.
  • Text has sufficient contrast against the background.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily with a finger.
  • Colour is never the only way information is shown - e.g. the selected category in the shop is also marked for screen readers.

Known limitations

The cart and the order form come from the Tilda platform, so our control over them is limited. They may not be fully comfortable to use with a keyboard only or with a screen reader.

If you run into any difficulty, we will help you place your order by e-mail.

Feedback and contact

Please send all reports about accessibility to contact@joskobrand.com.

Tell us what difficulty you ran into and on which page. We will reply and do our best to help - e.g. by sending the information in another format or taking your order by e-mail.
