Return Policy

In accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us by email at contact@joskobrand.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.
JOSKO products are handmade with care, which means each piece is unique. Due to the artisanal nature of the production process, slight differences may occur between the product as presented on the website and the item received. These may include minor shifts in stitching, variations in material texture or placement, or subtle differences in shade or finish.
By placing an order for a handmade product, the customer acknowledges and accepts the potential for such minor variations and understands that each item is individually crafted and not mass-produced.
These characteristics do not constitute defects or grounds for complaint, as long as the product matches the general description and model shown in the store. However, in the case of significant discrepancies from the listing or photos, the customer is entitled to a full return.
Regardless of the above, customers always retain the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without the need to provide justification—even if the product is not faulty or different from its description.
