  1. The store is operated by JOSKO, based in Poland.
  2. We sell handmade bags and accessories via www.joskobrand.com.
  3. Orders can be placed online 24/7.
  4. Prices are listed in PLN or EUR and include VAT.
  5. Payments are processed through PayPal, which allows card payments without requiring a PayPal account.
  6. Customers may also pay via traditional bank transfer. In such cases, the customer selects this option at checkout, and the seller issues an invoice based on the provided details and sends it to the customer's email address.
  7. Delivery costs are included in the product price. No additional charges apply. If any costs unexpectedly arise, the seller commits to covering them.
  8. Customers must provide accurate and complete information.
  9. The seller reserves the right to modify prices and product selection; however, this does not apply to orders already placed. The price visible at the time of ordering remains final.
  10. Polish law applies to all matters not regulated herein.
  11. By placing an order with delivery to Poland, customers agree to use the Polish złoty (PLN) version of the website, which includes domestic delivery in the price.
  12. Customers placing orders with delivery within the European Union (outside of Poland) should use the English version of the website, where prices include delivery within the EU.
  13. Delivery to other countries outside the European Union is also possible. In such cases, please contact us through the contact form to confirm availability and delivery terms
